Garcia Properties is a St. Louis area property sales and rental business with an interest in improving the communities they serve. Based on knowledge of their community commitment, and great attitude towards their tenants, we designed and developed their website around a feeling of comfort, simplicity, and some of the natural beauty common to established St. Louis neighborhoods.

Later after the site launch, the Garcias came to us with a new logo and a new brand. Because we had built their site on the ExpressionEnging content management system, the reskinning of the site to the new look and feel was a breeze. We maintained all of their content, only changing the way it was present to the visitor.
